 Sexual Harassment and Abuse;

Sexual harassment is defined as an unwanted verbal conduct, nonverbal conduct and physical conduct related to sex that leads to the violations of human dignity.

 - Types of Sexual Harassment 

1) Unwanted verbal conduct: offensive language, vulgar words, demeaning words. 

2) Nonverbal Conduct: facial expressions, symbols or gestures that are sexually related.

3) Physical Conduct includes unpermitted touch of the boobs, ass or sticking out of tongues, kissing or caressing a person without their consent.

N/B: For an action to be said to be a sexual harassment, it must be unwanted, leads to violations of the person's dignity etc.

  Approaches that lead to sexual harassment? 

Most of the time indecent dressing, lack of self-control.

- What do you do when you're sexually harassed?

1) Report to the appropriate authority.

2) Don't keep quiet, speak your dissatisfaction or disapproval.

3) Keep away from the environment or the person.

4)Seek for professional help and don't keep the abuse to yourself.

5) Involve a third party.
